Join Violet Feather Alchemy for a reflective return to self at The Gardens.

We will start the morning with an intuitive reading, intention setting meditation + journaling, and then take a sound journey honoring the upcoming changing of seasons. Crystal singing bowls and other various instruments will be used. Please bring your yoga mat, blanket, journal + pen, water bottle, and anything else needed to be comfortable in both seating + lying positions.

Previous meditation experience is not required.
