Sound bypasses the brain, and works directly at your body’s cellular level, while channeling allows you to expand your consciousness through both heart + mind. Cate has an extensive holistic + metaphysical background, including the following: certified sound practitioner, certified tarot reader, intuitive energy reader, holistic self-care expert, registered yoga teacher, certified health coach and licensed massage therapist.

Insight refers to Cate’s lifelong gift of claircognizance + channeling abilities, and her gift of clearly + compassionately sharing these gifts with her clients. Sound is the divination tool through which Cate connects with higher dimensional frequencies to receive the channeled messages. With over 35 years of music training, both practice + theory, she uses the technical knowledge to enhance her intuitive approach to sound. When combined, Insight + Sound provides a truly unique + expansive holistic experience that works on all levels of your being.

They start with an intuitive card reading, a meditation + themed activities, and conclude with a full sound bath with Divine Sound Channeling. These events are great for those who love going deeper on specific concepts and enjoy support + interaction in a group setting.
These are 1-3 day events that include immersion into a themed topic in a mindfully-selected location. All retreats include carefully curated expansion experiences + creative activities within the larger theme of the event, and provide a safe + supportive space for deep connections to be made. Our retreat guests are catered to with the highest attention to detail, receiving group + one-on-one time with our facilitators. They also receive a customized gift to take with them to remind them of their retreat journey. These events are great for those who love new environments to expand their personal community while experiencing deep transformation.
